General

  • We offer datacenter, residential, and IPv6 proxies. Each product is designed for different use cases, from high-speed scraping and automation to lower-detection tasks that benefit from real residential IPs.

  • We support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 across our proxy products. Protocol availability may vary slightly depending on the product, so we recommend checking the product page for details.

  • We support username/password authentication, making it easy to integrate with most scraping tools, bots, browsers, and automation workflows.

Datacenter

  • Our datacenter proxies are shared among several users simultaneously.

  • Standard plans are designed for cost efficiency, while premium plans are optimized for better performance on more demanding tasks.

  • Some targets may be blocked for potential abuse. Contact support for more information.

  • You will receive a backconnect proxy, which acts as a gateway to the proxy pool. When you connect to the gateway, your traffic will be automatically routed through a random IP address.

Residential

  • The residential proxies automatically assign a new IP address after each request. It also supports sticky sessions, which can maintain the same IP for a set time interval.

  • Yes. We support sticky sessions for residential proxies so you can maintain the same IP for a controlled period when your workflow requires session continuity.

  • Yes. Our residential proxies support SOCKS5 as well as HTTP/HTTPS, making them compatible with a wide range of scraping, automation, and browsing tools.

  • The residential proxies currently only support country-level targeting, with a selection of over 195 countries.

IPv6

  • An IPv6 proxy routes traffic through an IPv6 address, providing access to a vastly larger pool of IP addresses, improved performance, and advanced features.

  • IPv6 proxies work with websites and services that support IPv6 connections. Many modern platforms do, but some websites still operate primarily on IPv4, so compatibility depends on the target.

  • Setting up IPv6 proxies is similar to IPv4 proxies. You just need to configure your software or browser to use the IPv6 address format.
